I was born in Bosnia, grew up in Munich, Germany, and moved to Houston in 1999. I graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Management Information Systems, and a minor in German language. My passion is my soccer team, FC Bayern Munich, and I make it a priority to travel to Europe every few years to see some matches live. In my past, I’ve worked as a Geek Squad Supervisor and as an IT Consultant for a Houston-based company. My certifications include: MCSE, CCNA, A+, Network +, KCS Principles
I am a Houston native and studied Physics at The University of Texas at Austin. I'm a lifelong techie and enjoy everything from high-end gaming PCs and self-hosting media servers to Android and Windows development. I currently live in West Houston with my wife Maria and our son Ryan

I was born and raised in Houston, TX and am a die hard Houston Sports fan. I attended St. Thomas High School and The University of St. Thomas where I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology. After practicing AD/HD and Substance Abuse Counseling, I moved into the luxury car business for a few years before joining HCSS. I am happily married to a beautiful bride and enjoy playing competitive soccer. Touring craft breweries and wineries across Texas and trying new foods are personal hobbies of mine.
I am from Tomball in Houston,Texas, and I enjoy building computers, playing videos games, and spending time with my family. I am a retired professional junior high basketball player; ask around and I’ll sign my autograph.
William was born and raised in Houston, and is a proud alumnus of the University of Houston. He is a collector of shoes, and enjoys golfing and biking when 6ft of proper social distancing will allow for it. He has experience on both the support and development side of HCSS, and he currently supervises the Operations team for Business Solutions.

I was born and raised in Houston Texas and graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 with a degree in economics. I started working for Apple retail, and discovered that I had a passion for technology. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my lady and our two dogs and playing pc and virtual reality games.
Samantha has a strong background in Apple products, where she was a mentor and specialist in Mexico City. She speaks fluent Spanish, and is a connoisseur of foreign foods. She is passionate about helping people and volunteering where there is a need.
Originally from Detroit, I wanted an escape from the cold. I love fixing broken cars, and if anyone needs help with a vehicle, we can look for a fix on YouTube together.

I'm a speed runner with 27 World Records under my belt and I've been streaming on Twitch for over 10 years. My free time is mostly filled with games, volleyball, and watching terrible movies with my friends.
I was born in Houston and now live in Sugar Land, TX with my beautiful wife Arden. I enjoy binge-worthy shows, and can’t re-watch movies I’ve already seen. I spend a lot of time working out and eating great food. The two can sometimes conflict but I strive to find balance. PC Gaming is one of my favorite things to do to unwind after a long day. Its an obsession of mine to stay clean, organized, and always be productive.

I am a Vietnamese American, born and raised in Lake Jackson, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M in 2012, and afterwards moved to Doha, Qatar where I taught at Texas A&M’s branch campus. I moved to Houston in 2014 and spent the past 5 years teaching high school chemistry at YES Prep Public Schools. My hobbies include surfing, making my cat dance to rap music, and being scared of spiders.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I moved to Long Beach, California where I lived for 10 years and met my beautiful wife. Now with 2 wonderful girls we made the choice to set our roots in The Greater Houston area. I am mixed Cambodian/Irish/Ukrainian. I graduated from Western Governors University with a bachelors degree in Business IT Management. I am passionate in providing technological assistance and being a positive support to those around me. My enjoyments are technology, gaming, music and food.

I am from a small town in Central Texas, and have a background in phone and chat technical support. I enjoy PC gaming, fishing (fresh and salf), collecting baseball memorabilia, and shooting.
I was born and raised in Malawi and moved to Houston in 2011. My first love is futbol and also love anything tech. I am a Technical Support Analyst at HCSS by day, and explorer of the world, also by day. I also enjoy making music and dancing, and I’m really good at one of those things.
I was born in Katy, TX and I have no plans on leaving this great state any time soon. I enjoy playing video games, long-boarding, hiking, camping, short walks on the beach, and attending random events and concerts all around Houston.
I was born in Dubai, and moved to the United States at the age of 7. I've lived in Houston for the majority of my life and graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in MIS. Prior to my employment at HCSS, you could find me putting my Entomology background to work hunting down anything with an exoskeleton around Houston. I like to relax with rock climbing, tabletop Warhammer 40k, and playing the game of the month with my friends on Discord.
