Who is Customer Success
Customer Success exists to help HCSS customers plan and execute your goals for success rather than firefight your day-to-day. We are here to be the proactive and scalable partner that you need to help guide you successfully through each milestone.
I'm originally from the Midwest, but have been enjoying Texas since relocating in 2016. In the professional world, I really enjoy getting to know people and understanding how I can help to make their lives better. In my personal life, my energy goes into my family: my wife Stephanie, and our two little boys. Most of the free time that I have goes into reading, enjoying movies, and cooking delicious meals.
Born in Saudi Arabia but living in Houston since I was 6 months old, I feel I am a true Houstonian. My passions are finding great places to eat in this diverse city, loving my corgi with all my heart, and working at HCSS with my friends and family. A fun fact about me is that I travel for Korean pop concerts to see my favorite groups- I’ve been to Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, Chicago all for kpop concerts. Additionally, I enjoy learning about serial killers and the psychology behind their actions.
I am a wife and mom who simply enjoys life. My passion is serving others. I have been blessed to combine work and my passion over the years working in meetings, events, special projects, personal concierge, executive assistant, and office manager.
Cesar is a graduate of North American University and has a degree in Computer Science. He grew up in New Jersey and became a Texan because Texas is better. He has provided front-line support for all HCSS products for his first 3 years and has since moved over to Success. He is committed to efficient and thorough customer service for all of his clients.
I was born in a town called Paisley in Scotland and moved to Adelaide, Australia with my family when I was ten years old. I graduated from Flinders University with a degree in Education. I’ve worked as an Autism Intervention teacher, a senior youth worker, and a project manager for the department for child protection. I consider myself to be a fun loving, friendly person who loves to socialize. I enjoy all sports particularly soccer and golf.
I enjoy using my skills to contribute to the growth of HCSS and the development of others around me. I believe in natural leadership and that you don't need a title to successfully lead others. Lately, my free time is spent playing games, working on personal growth, and trying to expand my cooking skills.
I have a history of getting into expensive hobbies that turn into obsessions. A few have been hot rodding old cars, playing guitar/drums, breeding parakeets & cockatiels, robotics, and most recently running. I am currently training for my first ultra, a 50k.
I'm a transplant from Dallas, and have found a home in Houston after graduating from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!). I started my career in Telecom Support before joining HCSS in 2014 as a Technical Support Analyst, and I spent nearly 8 years in HCSS Support, answering over 20,000 support cases. I bring that experience and leverage it to help HCSS customers get the most out their software.
Lars brings to the team a wealth of knowledge of our products and services, especially with our Fleet products. He also has one of the best attitudes and dispositions when it comes to working with our customers and putting himself in their shoes. He is one of the most interesting people to learn more about - for example, he is a Navy Veteran that travelled the world, and operated nuclear reactors.
I graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a Masters in Construction Management. In my spare time I enjoy recreational painting, indulging into the latest coffee flavors, binge watching British dramas, and diving into fun fact topics. I strive to create the best customer experience and it is my duty to help our customers achieve their desired outcomes!
I am a rare breed of native Houstonian. I am married with 2 children. I have worked in the technical arena for over 20 years providing the highest level of support to internal and external clients. I am very excited to be a part of the HCSS family where I can utilize my vast experience to assist our clients to be successful. I enjoy playing golf, bowling and traveling with my family.
I was born and raised in Houston, TX, and attended college at Grambling State University in Louisiana. I am very family and friend-oriented, and love spending time socially with a variety of activities involving parks, basketball games, and movies. I strive to establish myself as a highly reliable Desktop Support Engineer.
I am a client services professional with over 10 years in education and customer relationship management. A native of Beaumont, Texas, I am graduate of The University of Texas and a lifelong Houston Texans fan. I am a wife and mom to a toddler and German Shepherd.
