Who is Customer Success
Customer Success exists to help HCSS customers plan and execute your goals for success rather than firefight your day-to-day. We are here to be the proactive and scalable partner that you need to help guide you successfully through each milestone.
Alexis is originally from Cali, Colombia, is a big soccer fan, and loves to travel with his family. He has been working in Customer Success for the past few years with a focus on driving customer issues to completion and finding creative ways to help customers use the software better.
Cesar is a graduate of North American University, and has a degree in Computer Science. He grew up in New Jersey, and became a Texan because Texas is better. He has provided front line support for all HCSS products for the past 3 years, and is committed to efficient and thorough customer service.
Danielle is a transplant to Texas from Pennsylvania, where she had specialized in Customer Success for an environmental and safety software company. Her expertise lies in her ability to manage multiple tasks well, and dissect issues at the core to find the right solution.
Lars brings to the team a wealth of knowledge of our products and services, especially with our Fleet products. He also has one of the best attitudes and dispositions when it comes to working with our customers and putting himself in their shoes. He is one of the most interesting people to learn more about - for example, he is a Navy Veteran that travelled the world, and operated nuclear reactors.
Veronica is from El Salvador, and enjoys travelling the world, as she has done since a toddler. She believes that being transparent and thorough with customers is the best relationship to build upon. Her expertise relies on almost a decade of implementing various software products, and is familiar with developing processes with customers that will last.
I have a history of getting into expensive hobbies that turn into obsessions. A few have been hot rodding old cars, playing guitar/drums, breeding parakeets & cockatiels, robotics, and most recently running. I am currently training for my first ultra, a 50k.
I was born and raised in Houston, TX, and attended college at Grambling State University in Louisiana. I am very family and friend-oriented, and love spending time socially with a variety of activities involving parks, basketball games, and movies. I strive to establish myself as a highly reliable Desktop Support Engineer.
Thomas is a native Houstonian, photographer, metalworker, and frequently practies yoga and mixed martial arts. In his 6 years with HCSS, he has worked in support, and pioneered our HCSS Cloud Support, and implementation. He is the Team Lead of the Customer Success Team, and is making an impact on the way we are being proactive with providing service to our customers.
