Apple iOS added a feature where you can touch and hold on an item for .3 seconds, and it will allow options for that item. We have implemented this capability to allow a foreman to quickly add or remove employees, cost codes, and link equipment to operators.

Make sure you are on the latest version of the iOS field app, and in the timecard, touch and hold the employee, cost code or equipment to see the options available to you.

You can also use the same long-press gesture in the ‘hours ‘column to select everything (all employees or all equipment), and quickly enter hours for your entire crew that worked on a cost code.
