HeavyBid 2021 has a long list of big new features that include Bid Proposal modifications, added currency conversions, and a way to see your foreman’s timecard in the production history.

If you are not familiar with the Production History in HeavyBid, it is a feature that compares the activity code from HeavyBid with the true cost data from cost codes worked in HeavyJob. The feature is accessed by clicking on the icon on the right-hand menu that looks like a pair of binoculars. So What Has Been Added in 2021?

The new update to the Production History adds two heightened levels of detail from HeavyJob: the job detail and timecard detail. This is a feature that was requested by HeavyBid users at our UGM Townhall meetings.

Why is This Important?

“When using the Production History you are now able to dig into a job and see how your crews were able to achieve a certain production,” says Greg Keenan, Technical Product Manager for HeavyBid. “It allows you to compare the crew used versus what you have in the estimate, and to see the timecard detail for a specific foreman.
