Professional Services Team

I'm a native of Houston, TX. I began work at HCSS in the Support department in 2003 and spent a good number of years there before moving on to the Implementation team, where I enjoy using my knowledge of our software to help our customers do their jobs better and more efficiently.

I joined HCSS in January of 2007, and have implemented over 450 customers, and 6000 foremen and superintendents across the United States and Canada.  My expertise spans across HeavyJob, HCSS Safety, HeavyBid, and how each of our products integrate. Every year, I look forward to instructing and developing classes for our annual Users Group Meeting, meeting new users, and helping companies get more value from their HCSS products. 

Born and raised in Houston, I moved back here after spending 5 years on active duty and worked jobs as a crew lead for a SWPPP company and project management before coming to HCSS. I never miss a UFC event and enjoy reading, video games and 80's action movies.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I moved to Sugar Land, TX in 2014. I have a bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in risk management and insurance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have always been passionate about philanthropic work, and a few years ago started a small nonprofit service organization with my gang of geeky friends. Since then, we have grown and partnered with several organizations including Make-A-Wish, Children's Hospital of New Orleans, and the American Cancer Society.

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and picked up a degree in Enterprise Management from the University of Tennessee before being dragged down to Texas by my future wife. I joined HCSS at the beginning of 2014 and pretty quickly found a home with the Professional Services team where I focus both on guiding customers through the implementation of our Operations products and supporting a team of talented implementers. I’ve had the pleasure of onboarding a wide variety of companies, ranging from a few million to several billion in annual revenue and taking me as far away as Australia.

Over 14 years of implementation experience has brought me to almost every US state and most Canadian provinces to train HCSS Software. I have worked with companies with a variety of backgrounds in a variety of specialties of all sizes, and I prioritize helping HCSS users take advantage of the full suite of HCSS systems. I am a native Mountaineer, but I have called Texas home for over a decade and a half. When I am not with my family, I can usually be found outdoors (likely training for a marathon).

I was born in Lemoore, CA, and moved to Sunset, Louisiana at a young age. I meet my wife of 21 years at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. We moved to Houston 14 years ago with our 3 boys and have no plans to move. I enjoy cooking, college football, fishing, camping, and spending time with my family.

I joined HCSS in 2007 and since then have implemented nearly all our software, helping customers of all sizes and backgrounds – from small family operations or multi-billion-dollar international corporations. I love working with my customers and coworkers to come up with the best solution while making jokes and automotive analogies. Equipment360 is my favorite product to implement, and I love to talk about equipment costing and management philosophy. At home, I love spending time with my family, building LEGO, and brewing beer.

I was born in Chicago but got to Texas as soon as I could (age 3). I graduated from Brown University with a degree in Applied Math and Economics and have spent the last 25 years in Project Management for the software industry in various capacities. I enjoy watching all types of sports and all of my free time is spent with my two daughters and their various activities. My family loves to “Glamp” and we try to get to either a state or national park at least one weekend a month.

I was born and raised in Church Point, LA, and moved to Houston in 2014. I’ve got a degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. Before coming to HCSS, I worked in the legal and legal software industry. I currently live just outside of Downtown Houston with my husband, Phil, and our dog-daughter, Lilly. When I’m not working, you can generally find me exploring the many Houston Breweries, traveling to new places, watching Saints football, or cooking up something tasty in the kitchen. 

I grew up in Houston, TX and I have a background in medical technology. I enjoy traveling, photography, cooking, and trying new restaurants. In my spare time, I like to learn new things, and right now it is working on home improvements and woodworking.
