Traditionally, being able to do work was limited by a physical desktop connected to your company’s network. We live in a new world, where many are unable to do this. For years, HCSS has been developing software solutions that allow you to work remotely. With recent versions of HeavyJob, we free your company from the office and give your HeavyJob Manager control to do their daily work from home. This option eliminates unstable VPN links, remote Windows licenses, and the need to commute into the office.
With an existing desktop version of HeavyJob, your HCSS Apps administrator can quickly log in to HCSS Apps Credentials on a web browser, and create a Manager subscription group. Subscribe your manager users to this group, and start using the web-based version of HeavyJob.com immediately. You can use HeavyJob.com to do most manager functions including timecard approvals, and running job reports.

Sign up for HeavyJob’s Monthly Webinar
One thing to note, the last Thursday of every month, Adam Black, HeavyJob Product Manager, hosts a Monthly HeavyJob Webinar where he talks about the latest features, time-saving tips, and has an open forum for users to send in questions. This past month, he invited Senior Implementation Specialist, Matt Fidler, to share some tips with the audience. This was one of the tips that he recommended. He also suggested that if you are reviewing timecards or diaries on the desktop, you could use F7 and F8 keys to navigate back and forth to save time on mouse clicks.
If you haven’t signed up for these Monthly HeavyJob Webinars, you really cannot afford to miss these sessions. They are FREE, and they are packed with information that will help you stay ahead of the pack. We encourage participation, and no question is too small or too big for this group. Sign up now.
