What are Updates?
The HCSS Updaters is an insider look at our development releases for all of our products so you always know what is coming and how you can benefit from new feature releases. You can also subscribe to a weekly digest to get brief notifications in your inbox.

How Do I access it?
The website is at updates.hcssapps.com. To access the new updates site, you will be asked for your HCSS Credentials to log in. If you sign up for the weekly digest to be notified of updates relating to a particular product, the system will use the email on file with your Credentials. The email digest will be delivered to your inbox quarterly.
Why Should I Care?
If you are not testing updates against your current workflows before you launch them to your live environment, I suggest that you begin doing this. Having the information about changes to the software could prepare you ahead of time for successful updates, and successful deployment to your system. If you know something might be coming, you can start a thread on the HCSS Community to discuss it with others, or you could reach out to the product manager to discuss how it will impact you, or maybe you want to help us refine the user experience by being a part of the process. The information here will help you see what we are planning for the future. The plans are constantly evolving, so having a subscription to the digest will keep you the most up-to-date.
We hope this is helpful information. I know many, myself included, who have been asking for this information. The site itself is informational and not a binding commitment, but it will let you see what we are planning at the moment. If you have feedback, feel free to email me at daniel@hcss.com, and I will get it to the right hands. Please write in the comments how you plan on using it.

I love that you are sharing this information. This is a great step towards transparency with your users. I can sure understand why you might not feel comfortable sharing to much as you are in a competitive market with other vendors for the various modules you provide.
