When you attend a HeavyJob Webinar, you get the chance to preview features of HCSS software have just been released or that haven’t yet been released. You will be the first-to-know with these webinars. One of the new features in HCSS Forms is that you can now store reference documents, like handy cheat sheets, for your users. Previously, the system could only handle fillable forms, but now you can go paperless by attaching your other documents.
So, if you need to host jobsite-specific reference information, disciplinary documentation, safety communications, or any other information that should be at your foremen’s fingertips, you can add a category to forms, and upload any of those PDFs to the website.
If they are jobsite specific, creating categories for each project is a good way to organize those.
One of the handy cheat sheet guides that the Professional Services department has been curating for years is this document for HCSS Mobile.
Below you will find a simplified version, and a detailed version. They cover the same information, but the detailed version gives you more. More is more, and that’s not bad. Download both.
