Save time, and share with your cloud users that they can now reset their own forgotten passwords from the convenience of the login screen. We consider your security to be the top priority, and therefore this reset has a few rules in place.
The first security measure is to ensure you are aware of the change. You will need to first authorize an HCSS Cloud support team member to enable this function for your users. The Cloud Approved contact will need to email email@example.com with the following:
- Email domain(s) that need to be approved,
- user(s) that need the feature,
- email associated with the user that matches one of their approved email domains.
