Greg has supported and trained all of our products for over 13 years. He has worked with almost every size company and joint venture you can imagine, and always keeps his cool under pressure. He is an expert at communication, and listens as well as he speaks. There is no surprise that he has a reputation amongst customers for getting the job done right the first time, and every time.
Lewis joined HCSS in June of 2007, and is an HCSS Engagement Manager. He has a passion for process improvement and helping people become more efficient with HCSS software. His vast knowledge of HeavyJob, HCSS Safety, Dispatcher, and HeavyBid and integration with 3rd party software helps customers understand their business and needs to grow. Lewis was an implementation specialist for a number of years before leading the Implementation group where he founded the 90 day proven process still used today.
For the past 30 years, Ray has held positions as an Estimator, Project Manager, or Chief Estimator for civil construction companies operating in Ohio, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Norwalk and Connecticut. He has a heart of a teacher, and takes pride in listening well to others before offering advice.
